Job Description
The role of a Live-In Care Professional is both rewarding and challenging, with great support from the Home Instead team, and the client’s family where necessary.
1. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in care.
2. You need a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
3. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
4. You will enjoy building professional relationships with clients and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
5. Drivers are desirable, but not essential for this role.
As a Live-in Care Professional, you will live in a client’s home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help keep the client as independent as possible in their own home. This could include:
6. Assistance with personal care
7. Light housework
8. Meal preparation
9. Companionship
10. Accompanying to appointments/ social activities
