Key Responsibilities Lead the financial management of bridge projects from inception to completion. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports. Conduct risk assessments and implement effective cost control measures. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions. Provide expert advice on contractual issues and support dispute resolution where required. Essential Skills & Experience Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional membership. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying, specifically on bridge projects. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
