Jenson Fisher are recruiting a Payroll Assistant to join a busy and friendly accountancy firm in Dundee on a permanent basis. Ideal for someone detail-focused and keen to develop payroll expertise.
What You’ll Do:
* Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients
* Maintain payroll records and employee data
* Assist with HMRC submissions and statutory compliance
* Respond to payroll queries from clients and staff
* Support Senior Payroll team with month-end and year-end tasks
About You:
* Experience in payroll or finance administration
* Knowledge of payroll software (Sage, IRIS, or similar)
* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy
* Organised, proactive, and deadline-focused
* Good communicator and team player
