We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Shift Team Leader to support a busy, fast-paced site in Tewkesbury. This is a hands-on leadership role working across Production and Distribution, providing technical support, coaching engineers, and ensuring machinery runs safely and efficiently. An electrical bias is essential, with opportunities to progress into wider leadership within the engineering function.
