An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual with a "hands-on, sleeves up" attitude to join The Light team as a Deputy Manager and support the venue with F&B and hospitality knowledge together with commercial and financial acumen.

About You:
Minimum 1 year of proven track record in similar role (essential),
Personal License Holder (desirable),
Professional approach with great attention to detail blended with a warm and engaging personality to connect with our guests and team,
Have a sound operating knowledge of POS software as well as other business systems (i.e., Fourth Hospitality),
Advanced knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health& Safety procedures together with licensing laws and regulations,
Strong multitasker with aptitude to analyze stock results as well as P&L,
Front line operator, who thrives in busy environment,
