Job Description
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN\n\nHelp to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies\n\nAssist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities\n\nFoster a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes progress and well-being\n\nCollaborate with staff, parents/carers and external professionals to support pupil development\n\nMonitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n\nExperience supporting children with special educational needs (in a school or similar setting)\n\nA patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with children\n\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\n\nA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children\n\nRelevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or SEN training) are desirable but not essential if you have strong experience and a willingness to learn.\n\nIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs, we would love to hear from you
