Group FP&A Manager

Eaton Syalon are partnering with a high-growth, international group based in Northamptonshire to appoint a dynamic Group FP&A professional - supporting the Group CFO with forward-looking analysis and strategic insight across the entire business.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who thrives on translating numbers into meaningful insights, shaping strategy, and influencing decisions at Group level.
Key areas of responsibility
* Own and build the Group's long-term business plan models, including full P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow forecasting.
* Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entities and currencies.
* Build and enhance dynamic financial models to support commercial decision-making.
* Provide strategic insight to the Group Board through dashboards, KPIs, and analysis.
* Play a key role in group reporting development, including Power BI tools.
* Support M&A activity through acquisition modelling and integration analysis.
* Work with senior stakeholders across business units to align and drive group wide strategies.
Your Experience
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, ideally with 3–4 years PQE
* Strong FP&A and modelling skills, with hands-on experience building robust financial models.
* Experience in Top Ten firm or a PLC/group environment preferred.
* Power BI development and reporting experience is essential.
* Confident communicator and natural collaborator.
* Adaptable, proactive, and driven to add value in a fast-moving, evolving business.
* Experience working with multi-currency, multi-entity group structures.
* Exposure to consolidation/reporting software is a bonus.
