Overview
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be part of a team committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role is primarily based at the Whitehaven branch, with occasional coverage at other branches in West Cumbria depending on business need. In addition to providing efficient cashiering services, you will help customers understand our products and services and collaborate with colleagues across the business to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient cashiering services and help customers with their inquiries.
* Spot opportunities to support customers and discuss our products and services.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience and help customers achieve their goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to meet customer needs.
* Work primarily from the Whitehaven branch, with potential coverage at other West Cumbria branches as required.

* Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence in a customer-facing environment and motivation to achieve key objectives.
