Salary, Hours, and Benefits
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Holidays: 38 days (including bank holidays)
Pension: 5% company contribution

Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of managers to deliver exceptional dementia and clinical care following best practices.
Collaborate to implement a meaningful, person-centered activities programme for residents.
Oversee team performance and professional development through supervision, coaching, and structured learning.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure top-quality service delivery.
Act as the company representative to families, key partners, local authorities, and the wider community, building strong relationships to support occupancy and promote HICA’s services.
Work flexibly to meet service needs and participate in an on-call rota.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within a successful care service.
Strong budget management skills.
Ideally, a Level 4 in Care or NVQ in Care Management.
