Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the day-to-day running of facilities, H&S, security, and sustainability at their UK HQ.
Key Responsibilities:

Organise repairs, maintenance, and monitor office security.
*
Support Health & Safety tasks (DSE assessments, risk audits).
*
Process purchase orders and manage budgets through SAP.
*
Liaise with contractors and facilities suppliers.
*
Support carbon reduction projects and Net Zero commitments.
*
Maintain facilities systems (Visio, BMS, Avigilon).
*
Assist in property management and tenancy matters for expats.
*
Help manage outsourced teams (catering, cleaning, security).
What you’ll bring:
*
Strong facilities experience and organisational skills.
*
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
*
Experience with SAP and understanding of BMS systems (preferred).
*
IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable but not essential).
*
Proactive, self-starting mindset and strong communication skills.
