What You’ll Do:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of five residential communities within your region.
* Inspire, support, and guide on-site teams to meet leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction goals.
* Create and manage operating budgets, drive financial performance, and maximize ROI.
* Conduct regular site visits to maintain top-tier standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure full compliance with housing regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
* Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategy, reporting, marketing, and capital projects.
* Foster a welcoming, engaging resident experience—especially for student and young adult demographics.
What You Bring:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager or in a similar multi-site leadership role.
* Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
* Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with industry-standard software like Yardi or RealPage.
* A collaborative leadership style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel regularly to sites within driving distance of Needham, MA.
