Job overview
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Admissions Coordinator to join our Admissions team and help prospective families feel welcome from their very first contact.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling enquiries, supporting personalised visits and tours, and assisting with admissions events such as Open Days and Scholarship Days. You will also help maintain accurate records and provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the admissions process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a professional and approachable manner, and experience in administration or customer-facing roles. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a supportive team and play a vital role in helping families experience the very best of our school.
This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm during term time, and 9.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday during school holidays. Occasional Saturdays will be required to support Open Days. The salary for this role is £22,500 per annum.

Founded in 1935, Millfield's vision is to be the world leader for the development of children. There are nearly 1,300 students at the senior school (year 9 to U6), with a 3:1 ratio of boarding to day.
