About the Job
The Graduate Client Manager role is integral to the daily management of our client relationships. Responsible for delivering market measurement and insight to the world’s biggest drinks companies, the GCM ensures that all standard deliverables are met. Always aiming to uncover great insights that inform our clients’ decision making, the account GCM identifies the key brand and market trends through innovative & thorough interrogation and manipulation of CGA data sources. The role includes processing, manipulating & interrogating all CGA data sources to deliver best in class market intelligence, information & insight to our clients.
GCMs support the Client Manager & Snr Client Manager to build & maintain great client relationships by providing outstanding customer service & deliverables.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting & Database deliveries:
3. Full responsibility for the accurate delivery of OPM data via Discover platform as well as via supplementary delivery vehicles where appropriate
4. Proactively review client deliverables to ensure they remain relevant in delivery platforms, looking to enhance them where necessary through the Discover platform
Analysis & Presentation Creation
5. Question & challenge client briefs to ensure complete clarity ahead of embarking on work aligning with CM and SCM
6. Identify correct data sources and methodologies to accurately answer client briefs & questions
7. Responsible for extracting all data required for analysis or briefs and constructing brief relevant & attractive presentations with guidance from CM & SCM
Client Management
8. Responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times while also confidently handling simple requests and queries from clients.
9. First line client support for any reporting and responsible for building great relationships with assigned key contacts
10. Able to communicate the features & benefits of all CGA services while working with CMs to train clients & advocate the use of Discover
11. Proactive in sharing interesting trends or insights identified either in trade, in the press, or from wider CGA work with the client
12. Proactively build understanding of client businesses through personal reading/research & team discussions.
People Management
13. Responsible for owning weekly resourcing, communicating effectively and providing regular progress updates on all deliveries with CM & SCM.
14. Support & upskill fellow account GCMs through knowledge shares.
Your Qualification:
15. Educated to Bachelors or Higher Education level
16. No previous experience necessary
17. Knowledge of the hospitality industry or Passion for hospitality
18. Communication
19. Good with Data and numbers.
