We are a welcoming and supportive primary school in Oxford looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and eager to support children in their learning and development.
About the Role:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Working with individuals and small groups of pupils to reinforce learning.
* Assisting pupils with special educational needs or additional learning requirements.
* Helping to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
* Supporting classroom management and wider school activities.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
* Enthusiastic, patient and committed to helping children succeed.
* Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
* Flexible, proactive and a strong team player.
* Ideally experienced in a school setting (although training will be provided).
* Qualified to at least Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential).
