We're seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading company delivering luxury stonework and interior projects across residential and commercial sectors.
What you'll do:
* Prepare accurate estimates from drawings/CAD
* * Price projects including worktops, bathrooms, vanities & bespoke stonework
* * Manage take-offs, procurement, and tender submissions
* * Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients
* * Use estimating software (CostX, Bluebeam or similar)
What we're looking for:
* * Proven experience in estimating (stonework, interiors, joinery, or construction)
* * Strong knowledge of stone, quartz & solid surfaces
* * Confident with CAD & estimating software
* * Excellent negotiation and attention to detail
