Road Safety Assistant (Casual)
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to recruit additional Casual Road Safety Assistants to support the delivery of Bikeability cycle training in schools and community settings.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver cycle training sessions to children and adults.
* Assist in setting up and maintaining training materials.
* Support coaching and mentoring of participants.
* Carry out administrative tasks related to training activities.
* Adhere to safety and health guidelines during all training events.
Work schedule: 2 consecutive days a week (e.g., Wednesday & Thursday or Monday & Tuesday), primarily during term time.
Training will be provided.
Qualifications: A passion for cycling and sustainable travel, excellent communication skills with both children and adults, and a willingness to learn.
