A forward-thinking secondary school in Sunderland is seeking an SEN Teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs. You’ll teach a small nurture group within the mainstream setting, helping students rediscover confidence in learning and in themselves.
The role includes:
* Teaching KS3–KS4 core subjects with strong TA support
* Developing personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies
* Working closely with external agencies and parents
* Celebrating progress, however small

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
