Role Overview
We are looking for aCustomer Experience & Fulfilment executiveto join our team and support our growing business. This role requires a dynamic and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to go above and beyond for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
•Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless experience from purchase to post-event feedback.
•Manage thefulfilmentprocess, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tickets and packages.
•Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone, providing updates and support.
•Maintain accurate records of client interactions andfulfilmentprogress using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiseeffectively
•Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of client bookings.
•Assist in resolving any client queries or issues promptly and professionally.
•Uphold high standards of presentation and professionalism in all client interactions.
Key Requirements
•Experience in a customer service,fulfilment, or administrative role (preferably within hospitality, events, or a similar industry).
•Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
•Professional and hard-working attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
•A well-presented and professional image that reflects our high standards.
