Description The Royce is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Officer at The Royce Penrith. This role is based within the Aged Care department and offers a Full Time position, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. As a Lifestyle Officer, you will be responsible for: Planning, coordinating, and facilitating engaging lifestyle programs and activities for elderly residents. Developing individualised lifestyle plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of each resident. Working collaboratively with other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive environment within the facility. Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the broader community to enhance social connections and overall well-being. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of activities and making adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality engagement. Contributing to the development of meaningful events and outings that promote mental stimulation, physical activity, creativity, and social interaction.
