Property Safety Contract Support Officer (Temp, Up to 12 Weeks)
Location: Sunderland | Pay: £16.21/hr
We’re looking for a Contract Support Officer to support Contract Managers with specialist M&E works, ensuring homes stay safe and well-maintained.
What you’ll do:
* Liaise with customers and contractors to schedule appointments.
* Raise, update, and close work orders in the Housing Management System.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and work schedules.
* Support Contract Managers in delivering a “continuous improvement” culture.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong administration and IT skills (Microsoft Office).
* Experience with Housing Management Systems (ideally MRI Orchard System knowledge)
* Experience in a social housing or property maintenance environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
