A leading, specialist service provider require a new Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis. Growing at a rapid rate, organically and through acquisition, many staff within the business have progressed within their roles in line with their ethos of internal promotion and skills development.
This is a varied and hands on role, reporting to an engaging and supportive Finance Manager. It is well suited to an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for more exposure to month end routine and management accounting processes.

Your New Role as Assistant Accountant:
•Supporting in the preparation of management accounts with commentary
•General month end support, meeting tight deadlines
•Posting journals, accruals and prepayments
•Liaising with non-finance staff to provide financial support and advice as required
•Processing supplier invoices, liaising with suppliers as needed to respond to any queries
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
The ideal candidate will have solid transactional accounting experience (AP/AR), with some month end exposure and be committed to further building skills in this area. Strong communication skills are required as you will be required to liaise with staff across different departments and good IT skills are essential including Microsoft Excel.
