As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of machinery and vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and vehicles to identify issues.
* Perform repairs on mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and brakes.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all repair processes.
* Keep the workshop clean and organized, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance skills.
* M.O.T Testing Advantageous
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and diagnostic tools.
* Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
* A valid driver's license is preferred.
* Relevant certifications in automotive or mechanical engineering are advantageous.
