This is a permanent, full-time role. Responsibilities: .Generate a daily Stock Reorder Report and e mail the required purchase orders for all production stock and packaging materials. Ensure that all purchase orders are received in a timely manner and that any outstanding orders are expedited on a daily basis. Reconcile all delivery documents with original purchase orders and invoices. Enter all goods received into the stock system Approve invoices for payment Work with suppliers to obtain prices, specifications and samples as required Manage the stock for specific areas of the business Maintain the Supplier non conformance process Generating purchasing related reports and analysing the data Manage the stock take process and report back to the Procurement Manager Preparing cost comparisons for the Procurement Manager Other purchasing related duties and administration duties that may be required The Ideal Candidate: 3rd level qualification in Business, Supply Chain or IT is desirable Previous experience in a procurement capacity would be desirable Previous experience of ERP/MRP Systems Strong inter-personal, with the ability to build credible relationships with other departments within the business. Highly organised with excellent time management skills Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel.
