Description
The role involves working alongside your people leader and team to deliver solutions for our diverse client base. You will support the identification of high-quality candidates in Financial Services, Insurance, Technology, Life Sciences, and other regulated markets. Additionally, you will collaborate across consulting teams to deliver a broad range of solutions and support your People Leader in developing Resource Consultants through training and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source, build, and develop strong candidate and client relationships.
2. Build and nurture a talent community through networking and conversations.
3. Understand client requirements and employer value propositions in collaboration with Consultants.
4. Develop market knowledge of our verticals and share insights with the team.
5. Attract, advise, interview, and negotiate with high-level candidates to create win-win partnerships.
6. Utilize Davies' technology, social media, and CV libraries for advertising, marketing, and sourcing.
7. Expand your knowledge of wider consulting areas.
8. Support clients across technology, learning, insurance, and financial services challenges.
9. Demonstrate our values to provide a top-tier candidate and client experience.
10. Conduct face-to-face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
11. Attend client briefings to understand requirements.
12. Manage candidates end-to-end, from research to placement.
13. Advise and coach candidates on interviewing and skills testing.
14. Build and maintain candidate relationships and develop your own portfolio.
15. Qualify job specifications and record detailed descriptions.
16. Manage online advertising to expand the talent pool.
