Your role You will be part of a team who perform a range of business support tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of services within the Early Years and Childcare Service. Our service incorporates the Suffolk Family Information Service. You will coordinate processes providing a range of administrative and financial duties supporting the delivery of services within the Early Years and Childcare Service. Your responsibilities will include: assisting the Business Support Manager with to the day-to-day management of Early Years and Childcare Service administrative tasks deputising for the Business Support Manager as required managing specific processes including administrative, financial and IT procedures identifying opportunities to continually improve our service user experience and the effectiveness of our systems communicating with members of the public, childcare providers and other professionals giving them the information they need about our services. You will need : the ability to manage people and direct their workload excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to delivering a high standard of customer care experience of working with Microsoft packages, spreadsheets and databases the ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise your own workload as well as being able to work collaboratively in a busy team.
