Job Title: Garden Machinery Technician
Hourly Rate of Pay: £14.67

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40
Location: Mitie Landscapes, Unit 51 Woolmer Trading Estate, Bordon, Hampshire, England GU35 9QE
Requirement: Full UK Driving License
Responsibilities
* Carry out the winter servicing and ad hoc repairs of petrol and battery powered commercial grounds maintenance machinery.
* Service, maintenance and repair to gritting hoppers.
* Fit out vehicles with gritting wiring harnesses and ancillary equipment.
* Notify the Senior mechanic about required consumables and parts.
* Complete weekly timesheets.
* Assist with general office building repairs and maintenance.
* Undertake training as and when required.
* Ensure good housekeeping and tidiness in the workplace; take personal responsibility for your own workstation.
* Manage time effectively.
Qualifications and Attributes
* Passion for machinery.
* Desire for training opportunities.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and a flexible approach to the role.
* Good PC skills.
* A recognised industry related qualification is desirable.
