In this role, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations—supporting recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and more. Responsibilities
* Be the go-to expert for HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Oversee job postings and applications through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Keep our HR databases accurate and up to date with key employee information.
* Support employee relations by resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
* Collaborate with the Training Team to design impactful training programmes.
* Promote our company culture and job opportunities via social media.
* Help implement HR initiatives that drive engagement and performance that align with our organisational goals.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in HR or a similar administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
* Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ideally working towards a CIPD qualification
