We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Head of Housing Disrepair Litigation to lead and drive a busy team handling both pre- and post-litigated Housing Disrepair matters.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional client service, driving performance and building a high-performing litigation team. Experience in Personal Injury would be advantageous.
The Role
You will oversee team performance, quality and output, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently while maintaining strong client care standards. This role combines operational leadership with strategic oversight in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing team capacity and balancing workloads effectively
* Leading, motivating and developing team members through regular 1:1s and performance reviews
* Maintaining consistently high technical and client service standards
* Ensuring cases progress efficiently in line with protocol and court deadlines
* Acting as a visible ambassador for the firm’s culture and values
* Driving departmental performance and achieving key targets
* Supporting compliance, supervision and risk management
About You
* Strong experience in Housing Disrepair litigation (pre- and post-issue)
* Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
* Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
* Confident communicator with the ability to inspire and influence
* Organised and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Personal Injury experience desirable
