My client is an international business with an excellent reputation, market leaders in their field. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and expanding team based in Leeds.
The ideal candidate will need previous Customer Service experience and be a confident communicator over the phone and email.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver a high level of Customer Service to clients
2. Assist the internal Account Managers
3. Manage all customer queries and complaints
4. Ensure all queries are successfully resolved and closed
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous Customer Service experience is essential
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages
4. Strong attention to detail
