As a Technical Support you will be working for EWIS.
What the role entails
18. Process inbound and outbound calls
19. Achieving Key Performance Indicators
20. Adhere to internal and external customer SLA’s
21. Excellent Customer Service experience/build customer relationships
22. Professional telephone manner
23. Initial complaint handling/escalation
24. Action incoming correspondence letters/faxes/e-mails
25. Accurate data entry
26. Allocation of work to field agents with guidance
27. Client account management
28. Initial complaint handling
29. In-depth technical knowledge of EWIS processes and procedures
30. Ability to perform to the highest standard using own initiative
31. To operate in accordance with the ISO Quality & Security Systems
32. To operate in accordance with the company’s most up to date policies and procedures, including GDPR, Health & Safety and Social Media.
33. Diary/Chase review
34. Produce high quality written communication for internal and external use
35. Achieve required standards in service and quality audits
36. Liaise with Field Force
