Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school team in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to support pupils’ learning, provide targeted assistance where needed, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and eager to develop their skills through ongoing CPD and professional training.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Work with individuals or small groups to support learning and progress.
* Assist in preparing classroom materials and resources.
* Encourage and support pupils’ social and emotional development.
* Promote positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing learning environment.

Experience and Qualifications
* Experience: Previous experience working with children in a school setting is desirable.
* Qualification: A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential.
* Skills: Enthusiastic, reliable, patient, and passionate about helping children achieve their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
