ANZUK Education is working with a large, well-established comprehensive school in Camden to recruit an Art & Textiles Teacher for a full-time contract until July. This role is focused on GCSE Art delivery and exam preparation, with the opportunity to contribute to Textiles at KS3 where appropriate.
This is an opportunity for an experienced teacher who is confident delivering structured, exam-focused lessons while maintaining a creative and engaging classroom environment.
The Role
The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality Art lessons with a clear focus on GCSE outcomes. You will plan and deliver engaging schemes of work, prepare students for coursework and examinations, and contribute to a positive and well-managed department. Some involvement in Textiles is desirable and will be tailored to experience.
Role Requirements – Ideal Candidate Will
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have at least 1 year of UK teaching experience
* Demonstrate experience teaching GCSE Art, including exam preparation
* Have Textiles experience (desirable)
* Be confident working in a large comprehensive school environment
* Maintain strong classroom management and professional standards
