Our client is currently looking for an experienced Concierge to join the team at a luxury residential development in North West London. Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, working from 7am-7pm.
Position:Day Concierge
Salary:£28,000 to £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk.
* Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
* Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
* Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
* Assisting residents with day to day queries.
* Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
* Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
* Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
* Issuing building fobs and parking permits.
Previous experience working in high-end residential buildings or hotels is required.
