Live-in caretaker

Residential Caretaker Live in (accommodation provided) West London - £20k + Apartment

Were working with a residential management company who are looking to recruit a live-in Caretaker to replace their longstanding Caretaker who is due to retire in the new year.

The position comes with a FULLY EXPENSED APARTMENT on site (in West London) in addition to a starting salary of £20,000 per annum.

Duties and terms as follows:

1. Working Mon to Fri 8am to 4pm
2. Based on a small but prestigious estate in West London (W11)
3. One bedroom apartment provided FULLY EXPENSED (including all bills and council tax)
4. Ensuring cleanliness of the site at all times (bins/rubbish, vacuuming/polishing internal areas, sweeping/litter picking communal grounds, walkways, washing down walls, liaison with dustman etc.)
5. Distribution of post to each flat, ensuring all letters and parcels are delivered ASAP
6. Management of visitors to site, keeping suitable records
7. Keyholding & security
8. Forming good relationships with residents and visitors (excellent written & spoken English essential)
9.
