We're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven IT procurement Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment - from order to deployment, refresh to retirement. What you'll be doing: Managing IT stock levels and asset registers Coordinating device builds, break-fix, refresh and replacements Overseeing goods-in/goods-out shipments across EMEA Maintaining accurate reporting (RAG status, compliance, SOC II) Supporting new hires and leavers with equipment logistics Working closely with Finance, Service Desk, and regional stakeholders What we're looking for: 2 years' experience in IT, asset, or stock coordination Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset Confident using MS Office (Excel essential) Excellent communication skills across Europe Understanding of IT hardware and accessories If you thrive in a fast-paced IT environment, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy owning processes end-to-end - we want to hear from you.
