Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the service team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Utilise mechanical knowledge to assist with technical queries and guide the team in troubleshooting equipment problems.
* Implement upselling strategies to promote additional services and products that meet customer needs.
* Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
* Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance skills in customer service, mechanical knowledge, and upselling techniques.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to achieve service goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a managerial role within a service-oriented environment.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
* Experience in cash handling and financial transactions is essential.
