CLINICAL PROJECT MANAGER (CPM), Human Gamma Team - Tsai Lab - Picower Institute for Learning & Memory, to manage ongoing clinical research and trials for Alzheimer's disease and related neurodegenerative disorders. Will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, managing timelines and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and study sites; oversee day-to-day operations of ongoing research and clinical trial projects; identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays; ensure adherence to IRB protocols, sponsor timelines, and regulatory compliance; maintain documentation of decisions and communications across projects; support recruitment goals, data integrity and patient visit coordination as needed; foster a culture of accountability and collaboration; seek to continuously improve team culture, efficiency, and productivity; and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in neuroscience, bioengineering, public health, clinical research, project management or related field; a minimum of three years of experience managing complex research or healthcare projects; people management experience as a direct supervisor; experience in a research setting - wet lab and/or clinical; familiarity with clinical research protocols, regulatory documents, and IRB procedures; exceptional organizational and communication skills; strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate competing priorities; and experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, REDCap, Excel). PREFERRED: Advanced degree in a related field and management experience of teams of 5 or more members. Job #25043-8
This role will work onsite at MIT (primary location) and Massachusetts General Hospital as needed.
The CPM will be appointed on a one-year term basis, with opportunity for renewal dependent on performance and funding availability.
It is preferred that candidates can make a three-year commitment to performing this role.
