Working within a close-knit supply chain team, you'll take ownership of international shipments, collaborate with global partners, and help optimise processes as the business continues to scale. What You'll Be Doing Managing the end-to-end coordination of inbound and outbound international shipments (sea and air) Liaising with global suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth, cost-effective delivery Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading Ensuring compliance with international import/export regulations and country-specific requirements What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in import/export or logistics (International) Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, compliance, and Incoterms Experience working with ERP systems (SAGE desirable) Strong Excel knowledge Experience managing both sea and air shipments A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail WR Logistics are the 1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
