We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and creativity to join Harewood's small and ambitious team; helping us to make Harewood House Trust a leader in the heritage sector.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Be the champion for our brand, digital communication and creativity at Harewood, using all of our channels to achieve our charitable vision and our visitor and income targets.
KEY RESULTS AREAS
* Develop and manage the content plan to ensure Harewood House Trust's stories are told and opportunities to engage with new, existing and potential audiences are maximised.
* Manage our digital platforms to maximise performance against KPI's and to ensure website and social content is relevant and up to date, working with digital partners where appropriate. This role includes content creation.
* Demonstrate excellence in copywriting, design, photography and video production ensuring that all digital and physical outputs adhere to our brand guidelines and key messages, working with creative specialists where appropriate.
* Manage our social media strategy to ensure we maximise reach and engagement across all of Harewood's social platforms.
* Manage agencies, including digital specialise agencies and press.
* Analyse audience data to inform both brand awareness and product campaigns.
* Manage daily communication for fundraising and commercial activities, supporting catering, retail and engagement teams, whilst also promoting Harewood as a premier venue for events, corporate hire, filming and weddings.
* Support the Head of Marketing & Audiences to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively delivered and provide insight for management reports.
* Deputise for the Head of Marketing & Audiences to manage all demands of working in a busy visitor attraction and build collaborative relationships with all colleagues.
* Sign up to Harewood's policies including safeguarding, security, GDPR and diversity and inclusion.
