Were on the lookout for a Civil Litigation Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to take charge of their own caseload and dive into the exciting world of property litigation.

* Case Load Commander: Manage your own civil litigation cases with confidence and finesse.
* Property Pro: Handle a variety of property litigation matters from possession claims and debt collection to boundary disputes, disrepair claims, and deposit disputes.
* Leasehold Law (Optional Bonus Round): Interested in long leasehold work? There's room to explore this area too
* Legal Educator: Provide internal and external training courses for staff, clients, and delegates at PainSmiths guest seminars sharing your knowledge like a true legal guru.
* Mentor and Leader: Supervise junior staff members, guiding them to become the next generation of legal stars.

Who You Are:
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (minimum 2 years PQE).
* Experienced in civil litigation and confident managing your own caseload.
* Knowledge or experience in Landlord & Tenant Law is a bonus, but not essential.
* A strong communicator whether you're in court, training a room full of clients, or mentoring junior colleagues.
* Proactive and organised able to balance cases, clients, and coaching with ease.
* Committed to office-based work with your own transport to commute comfortably (did we mention the free parking?).
