EYFS JOB-SHARE CLASS TEACHER

Are you passionate about early years education and dedicated to fostering the development of young minds? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher.
If you want to be part of a dynamic and nurturing school that is committed to providing an exceptional early years education, we are looking to appoint an EYFS teacher who will work Wednesday - Friday, job-sharing with our EYFS Lead. Coppice Farm Primary is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to explore, learn, and grow – our child are enthusiastic, full of character, well-behaved and full of curiosity!
Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Teacher to join our vibrant team starting in Autumn 2 term (wb 3rd November) though a later start in January could be considered. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum alongside our their EYFS job-share partner.
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment.
• Assessing and tracking the progress of each child, providing tailored support as needed.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
• Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development through innovative teaching practices.
• Working as part of our dedicated Early years team
