We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise working in a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will need to be an experienced cook well averse in Sunday dinners. Looking for Thurs to Sunday possibly more hours going forward. Home cooking from stone baked pizza to giving clients the Sunday roast experience
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality control
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
* Coordinate food production activities to meet service deadlines
* Monitor inventory levels
Requirements
* Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* relevant hospitality training is preferred
* Experience in food production, serving, and hospitality preferred
* A passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional dining experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.82-£15.90 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
