Job Description
This is Ramya from Blackapple Solutions Ltd. We have an urgent opening for an IT Commercial Administrator for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract based in Crawley, England.
Role: IT Commercial Administrator
Location: Crawley, England
Job Type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract
Client: NIIT
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the IT purchasing process end to end, including raising of Purchase Orders, receipting, invoice queries, reporting, and supporting Project Managers with the Invoice on Hold Process.
2. Ensure support renewals are identified and covering purchase orders are raised & monitored.
3. Monitor & analyze receipting against Purchase order values & renew as necessary.
4. Provide administrative support to the IT Infrastructure team.
5. Create monthly Security reports (Malware, AV and Incidents) and Risk reports.
6. Raise Purchase orders, order equipment from suppliers, and manage delivery to site and payment.
7. Knowledge and experience of IT commercial, contract, and purchasing management preferable.
8. Experience with purchase management software and/or automated procurement systems.
9. Ability to deal tactfully with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams who provide a broad spectrum of products and services.
