Customer Services Executive
Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hrs per week (either 8:30 – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm shifts)
Atlas Recruitment Group is currently recruiting an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced admin background to join an established, global professional team. You will provide excellent customer operational service, managing all requests and issues, including dispatch activities.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Accurately input information into the service management system.
* Raise customer quotes and obtain purchase orders for chargeable jobs.
* Monitor job progress to meet service level agreements.
* Provide phone support to engineers in the field.
* Work towards department KPIs and company goals.
* Follow company procedures (ISO).
* Log information into external customer portals as required.
* Manage mailboxes effectively.
* Schedule and allocate engineer work efficiently, ensuring proper skill level utilization and H&S compliance.
* Arrange travel and hotel accommodations, controlling costs.
* Generate job numbers for service installs and future work, updating the database.
* Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets with machine details and address changes.
* Communicate work schedules to engineers and provide feedback to the team leader to ensure effective operations.
