About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Wave Solder Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating Wave Solder and Selective Solder equipment, as well as soldering, assembling, and inspecting electronic circuit boards to meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate Wave Solder machines following established procedures.
* Perform hand soldering for new builds, touch-ups, and rework.
* Read and interpret assembly instructions, visual aids, and quality guidelines.
* Operate Selective Solder and Aqueous Cleaning equipment as needed.
* Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
* Perform equipment maintenance and complete documentation.
* Repair or rework soldering defects.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety procedures.
* Support other production areas as assigned.
* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Prior experience operating production machinery (Wave/Selective Solder).
* Hands-on soldering experience required (IPC solder certification a plus).
* Strong electronic component identification knowledge.
* Basic computer skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
* Reliable with strong attendance record.
* Physically able to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Additional Requirements
* Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts when needed.
* Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. person status required).
Shift
* Second shift available.
* Overtime may be required, including weekends.
