Senior Brand Manager – UK Priority Brand (Healthcare/Medical Sector) – Competitive salary, hybrid working, bonus, car allowance and more!
Are you a strategic and creative brand marketer ready to make a measurable impact in the healthcare industry? Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the UK marketing strategy for one of our priority brands. This is a high-profile role with full ownership of the brand journey—from insight and strategy to implementation and results.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting sales growth, customer satisfaction, and successful product launches, while working closely with cross-functional teams both in the UK and globally and line managing a Brand Manager. This role is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days in the office (central London) per week.
What do you need:
Experience & Qualifications:
* Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field
* Proven success in creating and executing brand marketing strategies that drive results
* Experience in product launches, ideally within the medical or healthcare sector
* Demonstrated ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams
Key Skills:
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic thinker with a bias for action – able to translate vision into tangible outcomes
* Confident influencer and team player, with a passion for coaching and leadership
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
