Our client, a successful local independent lettings agency, is offering a great opportunity to join their ever-growing team in Leicester, and the successful candidate would ideally have previous experience in property management and conducting inspections.
This position is being offered on a full-time or part time basis.
The successful property manager will be offered:
1. Full time - Upto £26,000 (depending on experience)
2. Part time - £15,000 - £16,000 pro rata
3. Parking permit supplied
4. 28 days holiday including bank holidays
Working hours:
5. Full-time | 9:30 – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
6. Part-time | 9:30 – 2:30 pm
Property Manager requirements:
7. Previous experience as a Property Manager
8. Self-management and organisational skills
9. Strong communication skills; Telephone and face-to-face
10. Ability to build good relationships with customers
11. Full clean driving license and own car for work
12. Ability to prioritize a demanding workload and remain calm under pressure
Key tasks of a Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
13. Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
14. Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly
15. Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
16. Booking and conducting inspections
17. Making sure all legal compliances are up to date
