Duties
* Conduct fault diagnosis, vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
* Complete all related paperwork accurately and efficiently according to company standards
* Diagnose vehicle faults to ensure safety, reliability and performance
* Communicate vehicle condition and repair findings to the Workshop Manager
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, adhering to quality and safety protocols
* Work collaboratively within a small, busy workshop team alongside front of house staff
* Keep up‑to‑date with manufacturer and industry standards
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience as a Vehicle Technician, capable of all‑round diagnostics and repairs
* Relevant qualifications such as IMI/NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair are advantageous but not essential with sufficient experience
* Located within a reasonable commuting distance of Cowbridge
* Strong team player with an organised and methodical approach to work
* High attention to detail and quality workmanship
* An active MOT licence would be highly advantageous but is not essential
* A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service in an independent environment
