A deep understanding of the corporate reporting design processes, including timelines and technical requirements for print and digital formats. Strong presentation skills with the confidence to articulate ideas in client-facing settings. A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, whilst working with FSTE 250 clients, producing impactful corporate engagement. Duties include… Generating high-quality, narrative-driven designs that resonate with client objectives. Collaborating with the Creative Lead and Design Director to develop innovative solutions for reporting challenges. Mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth, and contributing to a positive creative culture. Working closely with the Creative Services Manager to ensure efficient allocation of resources and seamless project delivery. Leading client presentations, and confidently communicating creative ideas and solutions.
