Business Architect - Process Engineer AVPJob Description
Purpose of the role
To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.
Accountabilities
1. Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights.
2. Participation in projects and initiatives to improve performance & optimisation efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Development of reports and presentations on performance & optimisation andmunicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
4. Identification of industry trends and developments, and collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to provide rmendations for change and improvement within performance and optimisation processes.
5. Development and implementation of analytics and reporting performance & optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
6. Identification of capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information.

7. To advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions.

14. Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function.
15. Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy.
16. Engage inplex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas, teams,panies, etc).to solve problems creatively and effectively.
17. Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve oues.
